What's changed

  • Password-reset emails requested from the Windows app now open the dedicated Taskmin reset page instead of the marketing homepage.
  • Reset links work when the email opens in a different browser or browser profile.
  • Old fallback links are forwarded to the correct account page, and expired or already-used links show clearer next steps.
  • The Mac beta now shares version 1.0.7 with Windows and includes the same account-recovery fixes.
  • Mac Settings can discover later releases from the Mac update channel after 1.0.7 is installed.

Before installing

  • Close Taskmin before installing this update.
  • Keep your own backup while Taskmin is in beta.
  • If Windows warns about an unrecognized app, confirm the app name is Taskmin before choosing Run anyway.
  • On Mac, use Privacy & Security > Open Anyway for this ad-hoc-signed, not-notarized beta.
