Website live, public onboarding ready, free/offline mode available, paid cloud entitlement gating, and current web/mobile decision resolved.

Public MVP

Public Windows distribution path, support/privacy docs, billing decision, and Supabase privacy/cost review complete.

Known launch blocker: any stale hosted app surface must be updated, gated, redirected, or retired before it appears to be the current public product.
